When you sign up to the Rocket Languages ClickBank affiliate program you must abide by the terms and conditions of the ClickBank Client Contract.

In addition we have clarified some of the terms in the Contract below so that there is no misunderstanding as to what the terms and conditions in the ClickBank Client Contract mean.

Affiliates using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) are not permitted to use any of Rocket Languages’ trademarks , or any abbreviations, portions or variations (including misspellings) thereof, anywhere as keywords, in search engine ads or in the display URL. This includes competitors' products trademarks, e.g "Rosetta Stone". You can check if a term is trademarked in the United States by clicking here.

Affiliates are prohibited from using any of Rocket Languages’ trademarks, or any abbreviations, portions or variations (including misspellings) thereof, anywhere in the site domain or sub-domain name. This includes the use of competitor’s trademarks. For example www.rocket-languages.com, www.rocketspanish.com or, www.reviewofrosettastone.com

Affiliates are prohibited from the use of derogatory words and phrases in the top-level domain of their website, in website content or meta data, search engine advertising (keywords and copy) and, email campaigns. Use of statements such as "scam", "don't buy this", "do not purchase" are not permitted in reference to Rocket Languages and competitors' products.

Note that failure to adhere to the ClickBank Client Contract may result in legal action being taken against you by the trademark owners and/or suspension from the ClickBank affiliate program.
