I know what you’re thinking about that last one…”Why are there numbers mixed in with letters?"
 
Well, the answer is simple. There are some sounds in the Arabic language that are not represented by letters in the English alphabet.
 
Take this example: "7ah". This sound has no equivalent in the English alphabet and therefore we use the number 7 to represent the sound.
 
As it happens, the number 7 actually looks quite similar to how you would write the letter using Arabic script.
