One of France’s oldest legacies is the art of wine making and appreciation. Whilst many countries might surpass French wine making technology today, when it comes to appreciation and the tradition of matching food with the right wine, France has the edge.
Some of the following expressions will help you make the most of your wine tasting session, or prepare you to visit some of France’s truly magnificent wine growing areas and restaurants.
