My experience with Rocket French has been a great one. It has everything that all of the very expensive computer programs like *Competitor* have but does not cost nearly as much. It's also very easy to use. I like to take my time, and not be rushed. I also like to go over things again and again. You can go as fast or as slow as you want with Rocket French, and that's what I love. I have found that I retain information, even when I have to take a break from studying because of work or travel committments. I don't know where you could possibly get more for you money—so all I can say is that I highly recommend it.

On my last trip to France, even though I have had very little time to devote to my French-speaking aspirations, I was able to have brief conversations with hotel clerks and waiters. For the most part, my beginning level communications were well tolerated by the French-speaking natives, and I do believe that they were even somewhat friendlier than they might have otherwise been.

Also, when my computer crashed and I lost everything on it, I emailed Rocket French and they IMMEDIATELY send me a file to re-download everything. How about that for customer service!

So thanks, Rocket French, and I hope to devote much more time to my French language studies soon.
