Weather in German

Being able to talk about the weather in German not only makes for an easy conversation starter, it’s also useful when you’re traveling. After this audio lesson you’ll be able to ask about the climate and current weather conditions in German. You’ll learn tons of German words - from sunshine to snow and everything in between.

Talking about the weather in German

Is it going to rain, snow or hail? Will the sun shine all day? Will it be a great day for going to the beach or shall we go to the art gallery instead? You might like to know what the weather is doing before making any plans. You can find out about the weather by asking one of the following questions…
