There are a few possible reasons why, after you have signed up for the 6 day course, that you haven't received it
1. Not confirming that you wish to receive the 6 Day Course
After signing up to the free 6 Day Course, you will receive an email with a link to Aweber (http://www.aweber.com is our email provider) that you have to click to confirm we have your permission to send you the free course. This is a requirement that helps prevent spammers from adding anyone’s email addresses without their permission. Once you have clicked on the Aweber confirmation link, you will be sent Day 1 of the 6 day course. You should receive one email a day for 6 days.
2. Our email has been spam blocked by your email program
Please make sure that you have not spam-blocked the email address news@rocketfrench.com, news@rocketgerman.com, news@rocketspanish.com, news@rocketjapanese.com, news@rocketitalian.com, news@rocketchinese.com or news@rocketsignlanguage.com. This is the most common reason why people do not receive their 6 day course!
3. Delays from Aweber in sending out the 6 Day Course
Our 6 day course sending software can have the odd delay, so while the first email usually arrives within a few minutes there can, at times, be a delay of an hour or so due to server breakdowns, etc. Also, the second day can take up to 36 hours to arrive
