My name is Margaret Garland, and after 26 years of teaching English as a second language, I knew what I was looking for when I started searching for a Japanese language course – and Rocket Japanese is it!
The audio lessons are very well done, and user friendly. The newsletters are well designed to help with grammar, sentence structure and cultural tips.
Being able to go over and over the conversation is great, especially for someone who is 78 years old. Why would someone my age want to learn Japanese? Well, I’ll tell you.
My son is living in Japan and teaching English to Japanese businessmen. I have been to visit him three times, and after the last visit I decided to make a real effort to learn Japanese. By my next visit I intend to be able to talk with his friends and students in Japanese. I know that Rocket Japanese will be the means by which I can reach that goal.

Hi, this is Molly. I just got the Rocket Japanese system and already I have learned a lot more than I would have expected in the first couple of days.
Not only are the lessons easy to understand, but affordable. They are set up in a way that is fun and easy to learn. The games are also very helpful in learning certain words and characters.
I don’t have a job currently, and ordering this was a breeze, and it was within my budget. At about one fourth of the cost of the *Competitor* it seems to work from what I can guess, just as well, if not better.
I have wanted to learn Japanese for a while now but never thought I would find something so amazing and rewarding to help get me through it quickly. I don’t understand why someone would not want to use this system to learn such a beautiful language. Using Rocket Japanese people will find that it’s not hard to learn a new language, even one that’s quite different from all other languages, as Japanese is.
Whether you need to learn it for travel, or you just want to learn it for fun I think there is no better choice than the Rocket Japanese system. Thank you.
