Rocket language program is so much more helpful because it puts you in realistic situations rather than just teach you words. They also tell you informal and formal phrases. It's way better than just learning individual words then trying to piece together sentences yourself not knowing how confusing you come off as. Komapsumnida!

I love this program. It is way better than the other competitors and less expensive. the only thing is grammar sections. If they are enriched more this is a flawless program. Speech recognition and forum are two wonderful ideas. Anyway can you add Turkish language too? That is an important language.

Rocket Korean has been a very helpful jump start and companion to my Korean learning journey. I live in Cheoan, South Korea and it is great to have the culture tips in addition to the language components.

I took Spanish two times in high school and didn't do very well either time and figured I was just the type of person who couldn't learn a language. After doing the first two lessons of Rocket Korean I can safely say not only can I learn a new language, I am doing so faster then I could have ever imagined.

Rocket Korean is the best learning software for beginners interested in learning the Korean language. The lessons are very thorough on pronunciation and the games help a lot for memorizing. I really liked how there are lessons for learning culture to help understand the language more effectively.

Overall I have enjoyed Rocket Korean. The one small thing that I have to complain about is how we take the self assessment quizzes on a lesson and have to know how to say introductory sentences said by the "teachers" such as knowing how to say "Our first lesson is on greetings", when it can be frustrating to someone who is just starting in section 1.1.

This is the next best thing to working with a real Korean speaker. I think it's very effective to listen to them speak and then see if my speech matches up with theirs. Customer service was helpful too. Overall this is a great way of introducing myself to the language and I'm sure it will help me immensely when I go to Korea. Thank you!

I really love that I can record myself and play it back with the native speaker so I can hear and see if I am saying it like a native Korean. I have been studying on my own and find that I can read and write it really well but when it comes to understanding it being spoke I am lacking. I really want to watch a Korean drama without subtitles and I believe Rocket Korean gives me the tools to get there.

I've used several other programs that were very difficult to understand, Rocket Spanish takes you from the very beginning and it's very comprehensive, it takes you to in my opinion to at least intermediate to advance level.

This is fun! It is not like school work instead it is like playing games. The best part is listening to the speakers speak the language so you can 'get' the ear! I am spending thirty minutes on Rocket Spanish five times a week and it is paying off!

I absolutely love the Rocket Sign Language program. There are a few different signs that we are being taught by my instructor in our IPP program, but I am able to remember both. Unfortunately I can't remember specifics. This program has helped me with some of my receptive skills which I have been struggling with.

The games really make me concentrate and practice. I spell after I figure out the word. This helps with my expressive skills as well.

Hello, my name is Judy Beerbaum and I am a certified Retirement Coach. I am calling because I'm transitioning into full-time retirement myself, and over the years I've helped hundreds of other near-retirees set new goals and create satisfying retirements by replacing the structure that their work week provided with activities that are new and exciting. I began my own retirement, foreign travel and began living abroad and was interested in things to do myself. I especially wanted to return to France to visit my cousin and her husband who own an Olive Farm just outside Salon-de-Provence. But this time I wanted to participate in the family and neighbors conversations, in French. I also wanted to be able to rent a car, order from the menu and negotiate "gite" accommodations while touring the French countryside, and I wanted to be able to do all of this before this years harvest season. Originally I thought that since I already have German as my second language, all I had to do was get a French dictionary and some workbooks and I could learn on my own. Wrong! I found out very quickly that I did not have the discipline to teach myself and was not confident I was pronouncing the words correctly. Then I found Rocket French. What a difference, and it is so practical. I look forward to every session. The weekly lessons provide the structure I need but still allow me to learn at my own pace without leaving my mountain home to travel 25 miles to the nearest expensive Community College. There are other added pluses. My memory is getting sharper, and I'm starting to view the world from a broader perspective, as I see things according to the French way of doing things. As my confidence builds I just know I will be ready for my road trip this fall, even if that sometimes means knowing when to ask a kind French person for help. Without Rocket French, I would not have been nearly as comfortable touring – and wine tasting - in France. As you can see from the picture, I had no trouble making myself understood! I was much more relaxed in my travels after spending a few weeks with the Rocket French course.

I tried a *Competitor* and, while it is admittedly well written, I found that the audio portion of Rocket French was absolutely essential to proper pronunciation of French words.

French is not a language that allows you to sound out the syllables. There seems to be many more letters on the page than actually reach the ears. It looks like they use a lot of unnecessary characters. The language does have rules, though, and those rules are well pointed out in this course. Learning the basic grammar early on aided in comprehension immensely. And repeatedly hearing the words, especially while reading them, helped gain an understanding of how they should sound.

The course is set up so that I could pick and choose whichever lessons most suited my needs. After the first few foundational lessons, I found that I could defer some of the topics that I would not need right away.

Learning French is fun this way!

I have been using Rocket Italian for about two months now and I really enjoy the lessons. I also like the cultural background in some of the lessons, since that helps you learn more about the everyday life in Italy. I am satisfied with the progress I have made so far, and recommended it to my wife who is now using it as well.

I have tried many language courses through out the years and have finally found one that gets me sitting down in front of my computer every night because I know I've got a test to take every Sunday night. The badge/ribbon award that flashes up on the screen gives me a little boost.

I wish there was a second level Rocket Hindi course for after I complete and review and review this first one. It's great that my account still gets all of the improvements and updates that occurred after I purchased it. I have had the Rocket Spanish Program for about 5 years now. In this time I have moved around the country between three different states and completed my master's degree. However, no matter how busy I seem to become, I have always had the desire to come back to these courses. I have tried other courses and for me, Rocket Spanish is the easiest and most realistic. It teaches the language the way it is spoken and provides so much to help me perfect my usage. I really enjoy it and this time, I'm not stopping until I feel can carry on a conversation in Spanish as if I were speaking English. As a deaf person myself, I would tell anyone that Rocket Sign Language Premium is the product to get if you want an easy and readable access to Sign Language. As with anything the more you use it, the easier it is to retain it.

I would highly recommend this to friends of mine, because it is very easy to follow. I've tried a whole bunch of different courses; I think Alex and Maria are great; they speak at a slow enough pace. They make it so that you can repeat it and they make it so that you can definitely understand it.

I've impressed a lot of different people with the Italian that I've been speaking in such a short time.

I was hoping I would gain a total fluency for the language, as well as learning about the culture which is a huge help because we are going to be going to Italy.

Rocket Languages is truly amazing. The combination of grammar, vocab, and pronunciation comes together to make a very efficient, useful language program. I am currently learning Rocket Spanish and Rocket Arabic, both very well put together. Another great feature that Rocket has is the 'forums' where students, teachers, and natives can share what they know or ask questions about their respective language.

Just to put things into context, I completed Rosetta Stone a few years ago and at the end of it, I knew a lot of nouns, phrases, and partial sentences, but couldn't string together a handful of sentences together into any kind of meaningful conversation. Suffice it to say, as a cinephile and avid traveler, I had aspired to a proficiency level somewhat higher than a Francophone toddler.

Now that I've almost completed Premium Level (already have Premium Plus and Platinum on tap), I'm definitely picking up a lot more nuances in film dialogues, and I am also more confident about my pronunciation. The Rocket Reviews are really useful in getting you to think about the different variations and syntaxes that you can apply to the lesson you've just completed.

The Language and Culture modules have a lot of substance to them, and hopefully, they can be deeper integrated into the Interactive Audio modules. As a specific example, the 'Putting Things Together' lessons were exactly what I was looking for in terms of having the facility/vernacular to string together phrases into a coherent sentence without guessing the applicable joinders (like "by the way", or "nevermind") by translating English terms word for word and hope that they use a similar expression in French.

Hi, Learning from Rocket Japanese is easy and fast and one gets to know the real feel also because of the conversations. However, as you can understand that any study without aim is worthless. I would suggest that you add more study material which is matchable to the quality of questions to the JLPT levels. This will convince more and more users to join your course and also give a benchmark for them to rate them against a real life test or hurdle.

I look forward to using Rocket Spanish every day. And now with the iPhone app, I can listen to the audio while I'm driving to work, and then study on the computer later. I am traveling to Spain in May, and can't wait to practice everything that I have learned so far!
