I just started using Rocket Language and I like it so far. I knew some Portuguese before beginning but have noticed so far that Rocket Language has been helpful with putting phrases together. I am looking forward to getting more in detail with the language and learning things I don't know in part 2 of the lessons.

I really like Rocket Japanese! The lessons are fun and you can listen to them over and over. I have printed many of them out so I can study them when I'm not at my computer. I have also memorized a lot of the conversations.

Rocket Languages has put a lot of work into their website. They have a lot of tools to help you monitor your progress. The lesson-rating system gives you a good overview, there are lots of tests to evaluate how well you know the lessons, there are motivational articles and forums. And it's available wherever you are!

My name is Joyce Ralph and I'm not the most self-disciplined student but Rocket French has put together a language-learning package that even I can follow. It is very thorough, yet fun.

I appreciate the fact that I can refer back to key elements of basic French, such as tips on pronunciation, the conjugation of frequently used verbs and so forth, quickly and easily.

The explanations are complete, the illustrations are cute and the testing at the end of the lessons is helpful without being intimidating. The native speakers have pleasant voices and enunciate clearly. The newsletters were interesting and taught me useful phrases for relevant situations. The flashcards are a good tool to test myself.

I have visited Paris twice now and have fallen in love with the people and their beautiful city. Everyone I have met has been so helpful and friendly, and I know the experience would be even better if I were more familiar with the language.

Rocket Korean is the best learning software for beginners interested in learning the Korean language. The lessons are very thorough on pronunciation and the games help a lot for memorizing. I really liked how there are lessons for learning culture to help understand the language more effectively.

Rocket Languages is simply the only way to go for travel to a foreign language speaking country! I bought both the French and the German programs. The ability to download the MP3 files onto an ipod and listen 24/7 with headphones over and over is very helpful to get the pronunciation right. I have worked much harder thus far on the French and am happy to relay my experiences from a trip to France. I found that I could speak some basic French reasonably fluently without much of an English accent, but I could not understand spoken French at the same level. The reaction from local people in Paris was exceptional - some wanted to try and switch to English so that they could practice it! One person was an Elvis impersonator and he wanted my husband and me to critique his (English) singing! And everyone helped and responded VERY positively. It makes taking a trip to a foreign country SO MUCH FUN!
