I have found that Rocket Languages is a fantastic tool for learning new languages. I'm able to perfect pronunciation with the interactive system. Most importantly, I can learn at my own pace, wherever I have internet access. I highly recommend it to anyone who is eager to learn to speak another language.

Unbelievable!!! Did I ever know that learning a language could be so fun and interesting. I am my own Master!! Its all entirely up to me how fast and how much I learn. With all the interesting features, who wouldn't look forward to moving to the next level everyday!!!
Rocket languages make it fun to learn. The way the course is interactive makes learning new vocabulary very easy. I listen to the lessons while I am walking or on the subway. It has helped me get the basics for surviving in China. The only improvement I would suggest is that the app is made available offline. In China, the app sometimes will only work with a VPN turned on. I would fully recommend Rocket to anyone wanting to learn a language. It has more than helped me.
Much better than Rosetta Stone.. I just came back from Asia and from what I learned from Rocket. it helped a lot. Plus, the price and ease of usage...unbelievable. If you put in the time and effort, it will pay for itself.

I am lazy to learn a Foreign Language when most of the 'locals' can speak and understand English (like in the Philippines where I have lived since 2001 and 96% speak English).
However working in China as an ESL Teacher, I quickly learned that perhaps 96% can't speak or understand English! Rocket Languages gives me the 'Tools' to learn, and my Chinese Students the chance to practice it. I'm increasing my vocabulary, that I can 'think in Chinese' now!

Rocket Hindi has been extremely helpful for my travels through North India. I came into the country knowing absolutely zero Hindi and now I seem to picking up words, phrases, and sentence structure rather quickly
This reviews Rocket Languages' Chinese Premium and Premium Plus. The program is well organized in its audio and website. Audio lessons use a typical conversation to teach new words and basic grammar lessons. Lin Ping, the teacher for the course, has a good clear Northern Chinese accent and speaks the majority of the time. It is peculiar that she converses with Dave, an Austrailian with a good accent, but not one I'd try to imitate if I was trying to blend in while visiting. This is fixed in the Premium Plus section. There is some English to introduce the subject and context, but the majority of the lesson is repeating words while you can follow a written transcript in Pinyin and I think Simplified characters. Then you practice memorizing by repeating sections of the conversation, hearing and identifying words, and speaking the words in Chinese knowing their equivalent in English. (hard!) The only major complaint is a lack of a translation dictionary to double check if the words you are adding to your vocabulary have the right definition (the audio tapes breeze through definitions only once); when looking up a word you will most often find it used in other lessons/sentences.
Writing sections are where the nuts and bolts (like tones or numbers) of the languages are taught. Videos assist with writing, though .gifs may achieve the same thing with less clicks. I have a few suggestions for the Android app. First, there should not be a product selection screen, nor a choice for "Trial" after I've paid for the full product. I should not have to remember if meeting family was in Premium or Premium Plus sections. Secondly, there should be an option to select multiple lessons and download them onto the device itself; when visiting China wifi and data was sporadic and expensive yet I wanted to keep practicing. Otherwise, the android app feels like browsing the website. All in all, it was a great value for money; not having to worry about time limits and being able to practice on my own has helped a lot.
It is such a good program but the problem the language it self it is not main arabic, it is an accent, it is only used in Egypt. if it was a classic arabic it will be more way better. because if people understand the classic arabic by the time it will be easy for them to understand any other accent. but with Egyptian accent they only can use it in Egypt and they will had a weak chance to understand any other arabian.

This program is awesome as it allows you to adjust to different learning styles and discover which is best for you! Right now I am living in China and this program is very accurate compared to the real thing. I bought this program because of its many styles of teaching but also because of its accountability!

Rocket Languages gives a good and easy opportunity to start learning a new language, its audio lessons are of much fun and success, one can listen to the lessons during his way to work, for example. So having spent only about 20-30 minutes per day (approximate duration of one lesson) and even not paying so much attention to grammatical rules (which one may consider boring) you find yourself in some days easily understanding new colloquial language.
Ever thought about learning something new? Rocket Languages is the best to start learning a language which you thought might be difficult to study! You'll be impressed how it is in fact easy to talk!
