Every time I tell you a word in Spanish, repeat the word aloud after me. Try to match my pronunciation as best you can. I will repeat the word after you so that you can hear the difference. You can then repeat the word again if you like before continuing.

| Amy: | Disculpe, señor. |
| Mauricio: | ¿Sí? |
| Amy: | ¿Habla usted ingles? |
| Mauricio: | No, lo siento. |
| Amy: | Bueno … ¿dónde está el reclamo de equipaje? |
| Mauricio: | A la izquierda. Siga el letrero. |
| Amy: | Gracias. Em, ¿dónde está la parada de buses? |
| Mauricio: | Está afuera de la terminal. |
| Amy: | Perfecto. ¡Gracias, señor! |

| Amy: | Do you speak English? |
| Mauricio: | No, I'm sorry. |
| Amy: | Well ... where is baggage claim? |
| Mauricio: | To the left. Follow the sign. |
| Amy: | Thank you. Um, where is the bus stop? |
| Mauricio: | It is outside the terminal. |
| Amy: | Perfect. Thank you, sir! |
