Try to match my pronunciation as best you can. I will repeat the word after you so that you can hear the difference. You can then repeat the word again if you like before continuing.

Here are the words and a few of the phrases that you will learn in this lesson.

| the laundromat | la lavandería |
| the shop | la tienda |
| the supermarket | el supermercado |
| the bus stop | la parada de buses |
| the taxi stand | la parada de taxis |
| the train station | la estación de tren |
| Where are the public bathrooms? | ¿Dónde están los baños públicos? |
| Where is a good restaurant? | ¿Dónde hay un buen restaurante? |
| the post office | la oficina de correos |

| the currency exchange | el cambio de monedas |

Now you should be able to find anywhere you need to go! This bonus lesson has familiarized you with some important Spanish vocabulary, but remember that if you are going to ask the question, "Where is a good restaurant?" you'll need to be able to understand the answer! Understanding directions is MUCH harder than asking for them. In my full Rocket Spanish premium package, I go through understanding the directions you're given in detail.
