Ordering Problems
If you have had a problem ordering through our payment processor Clickbank, it is usually one of two reasons...
1. The Clickbank web site is not working
This is usually a temporary thing! Clickbank deals with thousands of transactions everyday so has a massive server load and is therefore prone to getting overloaded. I would recommend either trying again within a few minutes and if that doesn't work, using one of the other payment options listed below and emailing us about it.
2. Your Credit Card isn't accepted by Clickbank
Clickbank has some automated security features when it comes to credit card transactions, especially with overseas credit cards. For instance, if the country of origin of the credit card and the country where the Rocket Languages product is being ordered from are different then it is likely that the transaction will be denied. I would recommend using one of the other payment options listed below and emailing us about it.
If you do not want to pay by credit card, you can pay via PayPal. If you do not already have a PayPal account then you can sign up for one by Clicking Here. It only takes a moment and its free. If you already have a PayPal account and wish to pay with it then click the button below.

1. PayPal for Rocket Spanish Download Versions
You can order directly from Rocket Languages Ltd's (Libros Media Ltd's) PayPal account, jason@librosmedia.com. Please be aware that you may have to wait 1-4 days for a response as unlike ordering through Clickbank, it will not be an automatic procedure. Please include details of exactly what you wish to order! After your payment has been accepted you will receive a email with you login and password details.

2. PayPal for Rocket Spanish Shipped Versions
You can order directly from Rocket Languages Ltd's (Libros Media Ltd's) PayPal account, jason@librosmedia.com. 3. Western Union Money Transfer
It is possible to pay for any Rocket Spanish by Western Union money transfer. Please note that no refunds will be given on this option as we cannot reverse the transaction. Please make a deposit to the web site billing manager:

Please send an email providing us with us with MTCN number, your name and address, and once the payment has been made and we will send you access to Rocket Spanish. Please note there may be a 1-4 day delay as we have to manually do the transaction.
4. Check or Money Order
It is possible to pay for Rocket Spanish by check or money order. Please send a check or money order made out to our trading company, Libros Media Ltd, to the following address:

5. Phone Orders
Unfortunately, we are not set up to take credit card or any other type of order over the phone. Please try one of the other payment options!
