Learn Spanish Online With Rocket Spanish

I have been using Rocket Languages to learn Spanish but decided I wanted to delve into another language. I started the French course right after the new 2013 edition and have absolutely fell in love with the interface. It has made learning another language very easy and I am definitely looking forward to learning more languages once I complete my Spanish and French courses.

The first two hours of my day, 5 days a week are spent on Rocket Spanish or Rocket Chinese. The single best ROI (return on investment) I've had in my life. I was raised in a bi-lingual household where Spanish was the lesser used language. So my whole life I've been waiting to learn my parents native language. I am a corporate pilot, and when I was in China a stranger told me the best way he found to matriculate in the country was through "Rocket Chinese" He had tried all the others and convinced this was the easiest to do.

Hola Mauricio. When our company began to do business in Chile, it became necessary for me to get serious about learning Spanish. I'd tried various courses and books in the past without getting very far. I researched all of the computer based teaching programs including all of the well known and more expensive and chose Rocket Spanish specifically because of the interactive conversational part of the course. The online/downloadable version is a great value.

While a co-worker who bought a *competitors* series is still at square one, my Spanish has progressed to the point that I became the translator for our construction team on a recent mission trip to Mexico. On that trip, I became friends with a Venezuelan man and was able (with a little help) to have a 45 minute conversation about our countries, homes and families. All this is before I have tackled the advanced part of the course.

The course is well designed and moves at a fast enough pace to hold the attention of a quick learner but allows as much time and as many repetitions as needed to allow anyone to understand each part. The written materials are a great support and cover the details and "dry" stuff while requiring a minimum of memorization. It still takes work to learn, but Rocket Spanish is far more interesting and user friendly than any other approach I've seen.

Especially helpful is the combination of South American pronunciation by Mauricio and English explanation by Amy. They do a great job of helping you understand the details of the conversation without getting unnecessarily bogged down in the grammar. The humor they add to the conversations really helps to keep the interest level high and the stress level low. The result is a lot more natural, like the way I learned English before the teachers got a hold of me.

My name is Andrea Williams. I think Rocket Spanish is a fabulous program. I've had been considering learning Spanish for a number of years but really never made the effort to do that, until I found myself with two friends from South America and suddenly had to actually converse with them in Spanish on a regular basis and while I'm still in the learning stage.

It's been a lot of fun being able to, you know, at least greet my friends in Spanish and say a few things to them and I'm hoping it will also help me in my job down the road.

Dear Mauricio, I can read Spanish and even write Spanish (with errors of grammar),but when someone talks to me in Spanish, I panic. I can't catch a word. When I turn on Spanish TV, I am lucky if I can recognize one word or short phrase. I could understand news and dramas in Spanish if they were in print, but not when spoken. This is always very disappointing.

I like it best when you say a paragraph in Spanish. Because you speak very clearly and not too fast, I can understand you. I am very proud to be able to trill r's, except in some words it doesn't happen.

Listening to you is helping me a lot. I think you oversimplify things for me because I can say the words and phrases after you.

I have taken Spanish classes and I know how many people need Amy's explanation and your repetition. Anyway, as I repeat after you, my accent improves for single words.

I think they don't teach us to speak and listen in Spanish classes because so many teachers are not native speakers and are not fluent. Thanks for your course.

I took a half year of Spanish in high school, and I have learned more Spanish and more useful Spanish in the six free lessons that you sent me. Needless to say I purchased both, the Premium (Level 1) and the Premium Plus (Level 2) learning download package.

As a teacher with a large Hispanic population in my schools, I'm positive that what I'm learning through Rocket Spanish is going to help me get to know my students better and assist me in understanding that the challenges that they face when conversing in a language other than their native one.

Rocket Spanish is fun and engaging and is easy to learn because learning occurs naturally the way you learned your first language.

Having the audio files available for download in mp3 format, means that I can download them to my phone, or burn them to a CD to play them in my car, so I can practice anywhere.

And the complementing text that lets me see what I'm listening to, so I can learn the written as well as the spoken word and it helps me to visualize what I'm saying. The Rocket Spanish learning lounge looks like it's packed with fascinating lessons and I can't wait to dig in and get started.

It is important for me to learn and understand Spanish. Our daughter in law from Spain, is teaching Spanish to our grand-kids. I need to be able to understand them if they say something in Spanish rather than in English.

I can't tell you the number of CD's and Cassette's I have purchased over the years trying to learn Spanish. Basically it was listen and repeat, but sometimes the speaker spoke so quickly you couldn't understand what he was saying or there was no time to repeat the sentence before the next words were spoken.

I had decided to bite the bullet and pay the expense for a different Spanish course that had good reviews. I was checking the Internet for a better price when I came across Rocket Spanish.

First of all, I liked the fact that they give you free lessons whether you purchase their product or not. This gives you insight into their product. I did this and while again it was repeating words or sentences after a Spanish speaker, an English speaker interpreted the words and explained the literal meaning in English. Both speakers went over the subject several times so you don't miss anything.

You have both the Audio and the text, next was the expense. You can access all the information online or have the course sent to you. Reluctant to spend a lot of money and not totally sold on the product yet, I opted for online.

I'm glad I chose this option, but either way you are getting a fantastic course. If you need to both hear and see course material, Rocket Spanish delivers. Need motivation at times? No problem, they send you a newsletter in your email with little less info to keep you going.

If you have any questions, there is a support group, I have contacted them already with a question and was promptly answered.

They have all kinds of methods for learning; whether it's games, Cd's or mp3's. Rocket Spanish provides style for anyone interested in learning a new language. I don't have to attend a school, I can go at my own pace, practice with my daughter in law, and review topics as needed.

My biggest benefit so far is the easy at which the lessons flow, you start off with the basics and go from there. There are always reviews from prior lessons so you don't forget the old lessons as you are learning something new.

So you can see that I'm exited to continue learning from Rocket Spanish and you will too. Try the free lessons if I didn't persuade you, you will gain enough information to have a conversation with a Spanish speaking person. You will impress yourself so much that you will want to get Rocket Spanish for yourself.

I have spent hours comparing the top language software programs. I am convinced that I will learn Spanish more quickly with Rocket than any other program. Many of the other programs do not include grammar, and I believe this is essential to learning the language well. I am thoroughly enjoying the program and started speaking Spanish immediately.

I went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. I knew what I thought was ‘a little Spanish’. When I got there and started interacting with the nationals, I realized I did not know enough to help me cross the street. As I worked with the locals, ministered to them, and tried to give them medical attention, I realized how restricted I was in helping them. I thought to myself, “I could do so some much more if I could effectively communicate with them”.

That entire week, I wished so many times that I could understand what they needed – I could have done so much more. I made a promise to myself that the next time I returned, I would know how to communicate with these people. I felt so helpless and powerless at times because there was this language barrier I had to deal with. When I got back to the States, I began to research and compare audio language software products. Website after website kept giving Rocket Spanish great reviews.

I was reluctant at first, but I purchased it and gave it a shot – Wow! I am almost through all the lessons and what a world of difference this product has made. I am now conversing with several of the nationals in the Dominican Republic, preparing for the next trip. Get this – I am conversing with them in their native language! I looked all over the Internet for a good course to help me build a strong foundation in the Spanish language. After looking at the free trials and comparing the reviews, I settled on Rocket Spanish. I have to say that the name is appropriate, because the course literally propels you at rocket speeds towards becoming a functional speaker of Spanish.

The audio portions are clear and they are a good speed for the new comer and the texts are fun and entertaining as well. I have seen in several forms where others have said that Rocket Spanish is the best introduction one can have to learning Spanish, and I have to definitely agree... Sin duda!!! (Without a doubt!!!)

I am 50 years old and I never thought I would be able to learn another language, but Rocket Languages makes it relatively easy to learn. The format is easy to follow making the whole learning process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to friends.

All I really have to say is that Rocket Languages is one of the only things that works for me on my time. This program has been helping me catch up in Spanish class a lot. I'd recommend to any of my friends that needed help to try this.

I have been using the Rocket Spanish courses for a while now, and am just completing the second course (Rocket Spanish Premium Plus). My Spanish has progressed from being a total newbie, to being to converse freely with my friends and neighbors and understand (mostly) movies and TV shows on my local Spanish speaking channels.

The first course (Rocket Spanish Premium) is quite a good basic introduction, and through the use of short conversations and language and culture lessons teaches the basics of conversational Spanish and grammar in an easy to follow and fun format. I was actually rather surprised to learn how much I was learning without actually realizing it at the time. There are also a number of other tools available, games, reviews and now the new features of Rocket Record which really tend to speed along the learning process.

Now that I have almost completed the second course, I find that I really like this portion better. The stories and conversations between Mauricio, Amy and Carmen are entertaining, informative and funny. Even my wife (who is not taking the course) stops and laughs about the adventures of Mauricio. I am taking much more time with this second course, as I find that there is much more there to learn, and now that my Spanish has vastly improved I find many more little sayings, conversational tidbits, and idioms throughout each lesson that can be learned. I would highly recommend that anyone who has taken the Premium course to move on to the Premium Plus also.

Platinum is next for me, and peeking ahead a bit it looks to be even more interesting and informative, and I firmly believe that my Spanish will be further along than I could ever have dreamed upon my completion.

Were it only the three courses it would be WELL worth the low price, especially when compared to the other offerings out there. In addition to the courses, the pdf "books" which are included are invaluable. The "survival kits" included cover just about every area that I could possibly use, and can be printed out and put in a binder, or (like me) sent to your tablet. My course included a wonderful vocabulary game that I find improved my learning nearly 100 percent, and there are many other tools in the Rocket Spanish members area available to all students.

It probably seems that this is an advertisement for the courses, but I am just a very happy student who feels that he has gotten much more than what I expected in this course.

I recently graduated from the college of William Mary, last semester I had to take some intensive Spanish classes and I needed to get up to speed really fast and I'm not that good at languages and William Mary it's pretty tough. So, I asked last Christmas my parents for, actually I asked them for **Competitor**, but my mum did a lot of research, which she is really good at and I ended up with Rocket Spanish instead.

So at Christmas I got a big box with my Rocket Spanish CD's and I was in business. I started exactly on the Christmas holiday going through them and I was really thrilled.

Rocket Spanish is really so friendly and comfortable and it was a perfect match for the way that I study, I guess the way that I learn. I was doing a lot of driving between school and my parent's house and my boyfriend and I spent a lot of time in the car and those CD's in the car were just terrific. It probably looks strange to outsiders when I'm speaking to myself in the car, but it really, really truly helps to say out loud and over and over again. I especially liked the long pauses in the lessons so I can practice out loud. I also like the emails that I get with the little tips on grammar and phrases and cultural explanations, they are good little diversion between the real lessons.

Traveling, recently, this last year I went to Costa Rica and Panama in one trip, and I just got back from Thailand and I'm going to China this fall. The thing about the traveling in Costa Rica and Panama is that I wasn't afraid, I could just start to talk, I had my background of base verbs and conjugations, I knew some phrases, it was just a great building block that I could just jump in and start to talk.

So I can say the greatest single thing about Rocket Spanish is that I'm not afraid to start speaking anymore and that's not just in Spanish, when I was in Thailand, I know Cero Thai but because I had the confidence from Rocket Spanish I was just doing the best I could in Thai and getting by speaking. Nothing bad ever happened and only good things happened when you just start speaking to people, they're always responsive, really helpful and kind.

I started out, several years back, wanting to learn Spanish - I live in Texas and of course you know, it's quite a Hispanic population, and continuing to grow.

So, I started out with one of your competitors - I'm sure you know who it is - and I spent quite a large sum of money doing that, and I can tell you honestly, I got nowhere with the program. So I went on the internet and I Googled to find out the best Spanish programs out there and yours was listed, so I thought "Well, shoot, what the heck. I have nothing to lose and I really, really want to learn Spanish"; went on, got your free lessons and have been hooked ever since.

I think the thing about it is I enjoy the conversation. Amy does a great job narrating - I'm very much in the beginning stages of it - she really does a good job of the narration. Mauricio does a great job of the Spanish piece of it. I just am really, really learning and enjoying it. It's a little slow for me; some things I seem to pick up quicker than others. I make myself flashcards to continue to go over the lessons. Enjoy the games. I just can't say enough about how much I'm learning and how much I'm really enjoying the whole Rocket Spanish program.

I am enjoying my Spanish lessons I copied from Rocket Spanish on CD. As of now, I commute to work around 45 minutes everyday one way. It's great to just play a CD again and again until I feel comfortable moving to the next step. Plus, I have a commuter who was not at all interested in learning Spanish, but found himself picking the language up while I play the CD's for myself.

I work with a lot of Spanish speaking people and they are very supportive and helpful if I happen to have a question. Rocket Spanish is a great way to learn and I have no regrets at all purchasing it. It's is so much fun learning this fun language and now I found myself trying to listen in on others talking to see how I am coming along. Thank you very much!

Hello Rocket Spanish. My name is Stephanie Miller and I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how much I've been enjoying the program. I've been using Rocket Spanish lessons for little over a month now and I'm really impressed by them. Not only does the style of teaching makes sense, but it's easy to follow and its actually pretty fun.

I've always wanted to learn Spanish; actually for a few years now I've been working on it. I've purchased and rented various programs to get started. I've spent hours and hours searching for online Spanish tutorials. I've even found some free websites that had some free videos and lessons to watch and some games to play, but they can only take you so far, and without the context and hearing it in the conversation it's hard to grasp. You know, someone can tell you something is the way it is over and over but until you actually apply the rule in practice you won't really get it, and that's what's so great about Rocket Spanish.

It's full of practical applications and ways to practice conversational Spanish. And in addition to that, it's convenient to use, portable, accessible from any PC. I can listen to it in my car, login and listen at work, or at home.

I would most definitely recommend the Rocket Languages to anybody just for the convenience, accessibility and the plain fun that it provides in learning a new language. Within the first few weeks I was thrilled about what I had already grasped. I'm confident that it will provide the same effect for others.

No, I did not speak Spanish as my first language, or as a matter of fact at all. I've used *competitor* and tried out *competitor*, and many others. But I've gotten more from my 5 visits to Mexico than listening to them all, all of the time. But since using Rocket Spanish I have improved in my recognition of words and phrases. Even my sister who is with me driving in the truck started to learn some new words. Then when I showed my brother whose wife is from Cuba he said it sounded great.

So when I go on my next South American venture I'll be much better prepared thanks to Rocket Spanish.

And so far the Customer Support has been exceptional! After I bought the program, they sent me an email helping me to use all the tools provided. It has been really nice to find this, I can say enough good about them.
