Learn Spanish Online With Rocket Spanish

I have had the Rocket Spanish Program for about 5 years now. In this time I have moved around the country between three different states and completed my master's degree. However, no matter how busy I seem to become, I have always had the desire to come back to these courses. I have tried other courses and for me, Rocket Spanish is the easiest and most realistic. It teaches the language the way it is spoken and provides so much to help me perfect my usage. I really enjoy it and this time, I'm not stopping until I feel can carry on a conversation in Spanish as if I were speaking English. I've been working on learning Spanish on and off for the past 10 years, and in the process I've tried several different products, including audio CDs, books and even classroom courses. Rocket Spanish is the best thing I've come across yet.

The audio lessons place you in realistic situations and walk you through conversations sentence by sentence and even word by word. I like how the concepts are all explained by a native English speaker and the pronunciation practice is all done with a native Spanish speaker.

In addition to the audio lessons, Rocket Spanish also provides you with written lessons to help expand your vocabulary and teach you grammar. The approach is a very simple and natural way to learn the language. I've been enjoying the course very much and look forward to my lessons every day.

I've tried *competitor* and even considered purchasing their Spanish language software but I'm glad that I found Rocket Spanish before spending hundreds of dollars on a less effective program.

I like the phrase master game, because it has made it easier to pick out words from a sentence. Whereas before, they all just blurred together. This has made it easier to speak with friends, and use context clues in cases where I don't understand the full sentence.

Mauricio, your course is fantastic! I was not a Spanish speaker at all (despite living for years in Houston, Texas where Spanish is pretty commonly spoken). I downloaded your course on the Internet (it was recommended by an Internet review site) and put the lessons on my iPod. For about two months, I listened to the language lessons while I drove and I played the vocabulary game on my computer.

It was tons of fun and I learned enough Spanish to easily get me through a week's vacation in Saltillo and Real de Catorce, Mexico.

The lessons were perfect. On so many occasions, I would find myself in a situation and I was living out the contents of one of your lessons. I even negotiated the price of an antique painting in Saltillo. "No es barato, es muy caro" (sorry if I butchered the spelling, I learned by listening), saved me $25, which put me part of the way towards recouping the cost of the lessons!

Your classes gave me the fluency and confidence to drive to Mexico and negotiate hotel reservations, restaurants, driving directions, and even some limited social situations. I cannot recommend the course more highly and I am now listening to all the lessons again to pick up smaller things that I didn't focus on my first time through.

It is important for me to learn and understand Spanish. Our daughter in law from Spain, is teaching Spanish to our grand-kids. I need to be able to understand them if they say something in Spanish rather than in English.

I can't tell you the number of CD's and Cassette's I have purchased over the years trying to learn Spanish. Basically it was listen and repeat, but sometimes the speaker spoke so quickly you couldn't understand what he was saying or there was no time to repeat the sentence before the next words were spoken.

I had decided to bite the bullet and pay the expense for a different Spanish course that had good reviews. I was checking the Internet for a better price when I came across Rocket Spanish.

First of all, I liked the fact that they give you free lessons whether you purchase their product or not. This gives you insight into their product. I did this and while again it was repeating words or sentences after a Spanish speaker, an English speaker interpreted the words and explained the literal meaning in English. Both speakers went over the subject several times so you don't miss anything.

You have both the Audio and the text, next was the expense. You can access all the information online or have the course sent to you. Reluctant to spend a lot of money and not totally sold on the product yet, I opted for online.

I'm glad I chose this option, but either way you are getting a fantastic course. If you need to both hear and see course material, Rocket Spanish delivers. Need motivation at times? No problem, they send you a newsletter in your email with little less info to keep you going.

If you have any questions, there is a support group, I have contacted them already with a question and was promptly answered.

They have all kinds of methods for learning; whether it's games, Cd's or mp3's. Rocket Spanish provides style for anyone interested in learning a new language. I don't have to attend a school, I can go at my own pace, practice with my daughter in law, and review topics as needed.

My biggest benefit so far is the easy at which the lessons flow, you start off with the basics and go from there. There are always reviews from prior lessons so you don't forget the old lessons as you are learning something new.

So you can see that I'm exited to continue learning from Rocket Spanish and you will too. Try the free lessons if I didn't persuade you, you will gain enough information to have a conversation with a Spanish speaking person. You will impress yourself so much that you will want to get Rocket Spanish for yourself.

My favorite thing about Rocket Spanish, it's been that it teaches you how to listen better, there is a lot of Spanish classes that teach you how to speak words, but they don't put them together the same way that the Rocket Spanish does. They don't teach you how to listen so that as you are learning you can pick out the words that you already understand, and make sense of the sentences. I have been a middle school language arts teacher for 20 years and have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction.

When I decided that I needed to "refresh" my Spanish from twenty years ago, I tried out three different programs, before I finally found Rocket Spanish. It was a wonderful review of beginning Spanish, yet it progressed at a rate which made my listening and speaking skills increase quickly. I transferred all the lesson files to my MP3 player, plugged an adapter into my car radio and listened everyday on my way to and from school - I was hooked.

I played the lessons on my computer when I was at home, and took the quizzes which came regularly from the Rocket Spanish e-mail letters. When I finished all the Beginners lessons, I couldn't wait to go on to the advanced course. The organization of the lessons makes it easy for students who are interested in reviewing or skipping specific conversational settings. Vocabulary is always presented as part of a spoken phrase which allows the learner to make it immediately relevant. The phrases are repeated often enough that students who are using the files don't have to worry about missing a phrase and then having to rewind to hear it again.

I'm a visual learner, and thought I would often have to use the printed out lessons for reinforcement, but the audio tapes were definitely adequate. The printed out lessons did help to extend my vocabulary even more with lists of important words.

Equally important, throughout all the lessons, Mauricio continually encouraged me as the student to listen, speak, listen, speak! I didn't have to worry about sounding "loco".

I am truly enjoying Advanced Rocket Spanish and will use it when I go with my students on a mission trip to Nicaragua in Spring.

My husband Tom and I both took Spanish in high school, but as we are both sixty, that was many years ago.

Five years ago, we started traveling to Lake Atitlan in Guatemala where English is not spoken very much. At first we were extremely limited in our communications. Then we started studying Rocket Spanish (we're on Level Two) and have now reached a place where we can have conversations in Spanish and understand and read the language as well. I am enjoying my Spanish lessons I copied from Rocket Spanish on CD. As of now, I commute to work around 45 minutes everyday one way. It's great to just play a CD again and again until I feel comfortable moving to the next step. Plus, I have a commuter who was not at all interested in learning Spanish, but found himself picking the language up while I play the CD's for myself.

I work with a lot of Spanish speaking people and they are very supportive and helpful if I happen to have a question. I am a Professor of family medicine in Kansas City, Missouri at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bio Sciences, and every year we take approximately 30 medical students to Guatemala to set up clinics in the rural villages and offer medical care to people who have no medical care available.

Rocket Languages has made learning Spanish much easier. I always wanted to learn a 2nd language and even took Spanish in high school, but Rocket Spanish incorporates the vocabulary, grammar, exercises and quizzes with the ability to hear the correct pronunciations from a native speaker. This is much better than learning the pronunciations from someone who has only visited a Spanish speaking country. I can definitely say that I have learned more with one course of Rocket Spanish than I did taking two courses in high school.
