What's in the Rocket Spanish Learning Lounge?
The Rocket Spanish Learning Lounge is split into three components, which you access from the Rocket Spanish Reception Area:
1. Your Course - where you can access all of your Rocket Spanish course materials;
2. Your Practice - where you can test your Spanish knowledge, and
3. Your Community - where you can interact with the Rocket Spanish teachers, native speakers and fellow Spanish language enthusiasts.
Your Course contains all of the Interactive Audio Course and Grammar and Culture lessons in easy-to-manage sections. Here you have the choice of working your way along the recommended learning path or choosing to study the lessons in the order that you prefer.
Not only can you listen to the audio and participate in the conversation, you also get transcripts of the conversation in Spanish and the English translation, as well as the ability to add notes to any lesson you may wish to come back to later.
Taking the quizzes throughout the course will help to reinforce your lessons, and the Rocket Spanish tests - where you can select from a range of topics and answer up to 100 questions – will give you the opportunity to see how much your Spanish is improving.
These can be revisited at any stage so you can go back to your course materials to do some extra work and then come back. The ability to test yourself is invaluable when learning a language.
Now, if you’re one of those people (like me) who has a really busy life and can’t for the life them remember where they were up to when they last did something, don't sweat it - the handy ‘Your Account’ section of the Rocket Spanish Learning Lounge shows you your course history, where you got up to and when you last accessed it.
