Simple Spanish Phrases for Talking About Time
You’ll need to know the days of the week, times of the day and perhaps even the months and seasons of the year if you need to schedule a meeting, catch a train, or plan the next stage of your trip.
Keep these simple Spanish phrases on hand to ensure you turn up at the right time!
So let's get started. My favorite time of the week is the “Sábado” that’s for sure! And even though “Lunes” is my least favorite day of the week, it’s still a handy word to know. A useful word to know is "juntar" meaning "to meet" when used to make plans to go out or meet people.

There are no two Spanish-speaking countries with seasons that are exactly alike. Countries in the lower part of the southern hemisphere experience four seasons, but when it’s winter in America, its fall there! Some countries close to the equator don’t have four seasons, and on high mountainous countries, there is snow all year!
