I took a half year of Spanish in high school, and I have learned more Spanish and more useful Spanish in the six free lessons that you sent me.

Needless to say I purchased both, the premium and the premium plus learning download package.

As a teacher with a large Hispanic population in my schools, I'm positive that what I'm learning through Rocket Spanish is going to help me get to know my students better and assist me in understanding that the challenges that they face when conversing in a language other than their native one.

Rocket Spanish is fun and engaging and is easy to learn because learning occurs naturally the way you learned your first language.

Having the audio files available for download in mp3 format, means that I can download them to my phone, or burn them to a CD to play them in my car, so I can practice anywhere.

And the complementing text that lets me see what I'm listening to, so i can learn the written as well as the spoken word and it helps me to visualise what I'm saying.

Mauricio! My name is Wayne Cramer my wife and I operate a "non profit organization" called Andean Aid that provides developmental opportunities to poor children in the Colombian border state of Táchira, Venezuela.

I would certainly recommend Rocket Spanish to others', in fact I'm doing that right now. This February I'm leading a team of twelve men to build basic block homes for women who are raising their children alone. Most of these men don't speak any Spanish and are asking me about Spanish learning programs.

All of my life I have had the desire to learn Spanish. I grew up around many Spanish speaking people. Over the course of my life, I accepted Christ and everything changed. I learned how to speak 'sign language', and that seemed like a great opportunity to share Christ in a unique way. But that wasn't the only language God placed on my heart....

After being invited to two bilingual church revivals to lead in worship (music), I thought I would be much more effective if I could speak the Spanish language - fluently.

And I would have even fewer boundaries! I went to my pastor's wife, who speaks Spanish fluently, and told her my desire to learn to speak Spanish. She asked me how quickly I wanted to learn...."I want to be ready for whatever God has for me, right now!" She looked on line for the best tools for me to learn on my own, and told me if she were just learning, she would use 'Rocket Spanish'. Without hesitation, I ordered it!!As quickly as I completed my very first lesson, I was invited to go on a mission trip to Mexico this Christmas!! I am going to Piedras Negras, Mexico to visit an orphanage that is very dear to a friend of mine, who is in the Mission field. This orphanage burned down last year, and left many orphans without anything at all. I am planning to take my first trip in October, in order to find out the needs of the children. Upon returning home, we will begin to collect the things that are needed the most to see that the children have a special Christmas. I am looking so forward for the first time to experience Christmas and what it is REALLY about! Thanks to 'Rocket Spanish' I will be able to communicate with the people, and get to know them firsthand. It is amazing to me that the barrier that is between two people who can not communicate. I have picked up faster on understanding and reading than I have speaking. I am determined to be able to share Jesus, and serve the people in Piedras Negras this October.

I've been working on learning Spanish on and off for the past 10 years, and in the process I've tried several different products, including audio CDs, books and even classroom courses. Rocket Spanish is the best thing I've come across yet.

Rocket Spanish takes a comprehensive approach to language learning and the thing that I like most is that it focuses on getting you comfortable with conversational Spanish. The audio lessons place you in realistic situations and walk you through conversations sentence by sentence and even word by word. By the time you get to the end of an audio lesson you're very comfortable with all the words, phrases and concepts presented, and each of the lessons builds on the last one.

I like how the concepts are all explained by a native English speaker and the pronunciation practice is all done with a native Spanish speaker.

In addition to the audio lessons, Rocket Spanish also provides you with written lessons to help expand your vocabulary and teach you grammar. The approach is a very simple and natural way to learn the language. I've been enjoying the course very much and look forward to my lessons every day.

I've tried *competitor* and even considered purchasing their Spanish language software but I'm glad that I found Rocket Spanish before spending hundreds of dollars on a less effective program.

Hello.

I strongly recommend Rocket Spanish to anyone who is looking for a way to improve their Spanish or if you are a 'Rank' beginner, it's brilliant because it takes everybody through the course in very manageable steps; you can self asses all the way.

So, the course it self is well design, the online aspect of it is really easy to access and to navigate, you can easily explore the whole course, go backwards and forwards between sections, It's fabulous.

Each section is very, very clear; it's easy to download the audio files that support each lesson. So, I found that I was a little bit weary of what an online course might be like, but I found it to be really... better than a text book as far as managing.

The material and the constant reinforcement of the audio files are brilliant, because you can work on your accent at the same time as working on the knowledge.

The other aspect of the online course that I think it's great is that I don't feel as though I'm just dealing with my computer screen, there is contact reinforcement with in the lessons that sounds very human, very personal and also Mauricio's newsletter are really encouraging, he is enthusiastic and he keeps motivating you to continue and pursue the course.

The great quality of online courses is, that it's not at a specific time every week that you need to get the energy to go and attend a lesson somewhere. You can do the online course when you are ready, when you got time, you can spend a couple of hours on it one day leave it for a week and come back, or should be good to do it everyday, but it's up to you, It's not that rigidity of attending a class and sometimes you are attending class with some people who may not be as interested in language as you are.

So you can explore all the aspects that interest you, there is lots of back up about the cultural realities of Spanish speaking countries, where that's Spain or Central America or South America, or elsewhere ,there is lots of nice little tip bits of information about what it's really like to be in those countries.

Having travelled last year in Spain and South America quite extensively, I found that the comments are valid, they match with my experience and perhaps just give me that little bit more background to why things are the way they are.

So, culturally it's good, it's easy to navigate, so my Spanish is OK but I really wanted to be able to speak Spanish in such a way that it was acceptable to native speakers. I want to improve my accent and I want to get all those little things right, the verbs, the prepositions, the pronouns etc... And I'm finding that Rocket Spanish is really helping to work through those things, so that I can consolidate the knowledge that I have and actually extend it.

So I'd have no hesitation in recommending Rocket Spanish to anyone who is thinking of beginning Spanish or wishes to improve their Spanish. Thanks.

In May of 2006, I went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. I knew what I thought was ‘a little Spanish’. When I got there and started interacting with the nationals, I realized I did not know enough to help me cross the street. As I worked with the locals, ministered to them, and tried to give them medical attention, I realized how restricted I was in helping them. I thought to myself, “I could do so some much more if I could effectively communicate with them”.

That entire week, I wished so many times that I could understand what they needed – I could have done so much more. I made a promise to myself that the next time I returned (Oct 2006), I would know how to communicate with these people. I felt so helpless and powerless at times because there was this language barrier I had to deal with. When I got back to the States, I began to research and compare audio language software products. Website after website kept giving Rocket Spanish great reviews.

I was reluctant at first, but I purchased it and gave it a shot – Wow! I am almost through all the lessons and what a world of difference this product has made. I am now conversing with several of the nationals in the Dominican Republic, preparing for the next trip. Get this – I am conversing with them in their native language! I feel so much more empowered to take this next trip and make a bigger difference. I will be able to walk the streets of these villages and converse with the locals at will, removing the communication barrier. I was doubtful that I could learn Spanish, especially so quickly. We purchased Rocket Spanish before we set off to live in Spain. My wife Michelle and my two children, Sam and Issy, moved to Oliva in June and wanted to learn Spanish at our own pace. Rocket Spanish is set out in such a great order that you can start talking to locals after the first few sessions.

Once you have registered you have 24/7 access to all the interactive audio and written sections, these are also available for download, which is great as you can pop them onto a MP3 player and learn on the move.

With two children it is not always easy to find the time to learn, that’s why Rocket Spanish is so great, you can simply play the last audio course to refresh your memory and off you go again.

Hi, I'm Monika Doyle, 72 years old.

The above picture shows me and our youngest grandson. In the past I took two junior college classes for Spanish and developed a love for this language , but life took its own turns and I no longer had time to go to classes. Finally it occurred to me that I have a choice, I don't have to take another class and succumb to its rough schedule.

I can go on studying the language on the Internet right at home and at my own pace. After comparing other courses offered on the Internet I decided to try Rocket Spanish. And boy am I glad I did! I like the personal way that everything is presented. From the very beginning I felt like somebody takes my hand and guides me along. I love the mixture of written and heard conversations, I also like the way that there are so many English explanations, this helps cover the material much quicker than if everything was presented in Spanish.

I have tried to teach myself to speak Spanish many times, using different methods: partnering with a friend, school, individual study, etc. but with no appreciable results. Your Rocket Spanish Course is excellent in that not only do we hear the words spoken but we are also enabled to see them.. I personally learn better by seeing. Thankfully, you have provided both methods. Now, to find someone on whom I can practice!

An interesting note: Whenever I pick up a publication, I find myself turning to the Spanish rendition before the English to determine how much I can understand. To me, that in itself is a good indication of the success of the Rocket Spanish Course. I am semi-illiterate as far as the computer goes, but it has been fun and challenging in my attempts to discipline myself to spend a few minutes each day on my lessons. Many times it turns out to be more than minutes and before I realize it, an hour will have passed.

I have wanted to learn to speak Spanish ever since I was in high school. The courses were all full so I was denied the opportunity. I have studied French, Latin and German and tackled Hebrew. Because of its ease in learning, German was a delight but Spanish with you has been the best system of all.

I have been a middle school language arts teacher for 20 years and have a master's degree in curriculum and instruction.

When I decided that I needed to "refresh" my Spanish from twenty years ago, I tried out three different programs, before I finally found Rocket Spanish. It was a wonderful review of beginning Spanish, yet it progressed at a rate which made my listening and speaking skills increase quickly. I transferred all the lesson files to my MP3 player, plugged an adapter into my car radio and listened everyday on my way to and from school - I was hooked.

I played the lessons on my computer when I was at home, and took the quizzes which came regularly from the Rocket Spanish e-mail letters. When I finished all the Beginners lessons, I couldn't wait to go on to the advanced course. The organization of the lessons makes it easy for students who are interested in reviewing or skipping specific conversational settings. Vocabulary is always presented as part of a spoken phrase which allows the learner to make it immediately relevant. The phrases are repeated often enough that students who are using the files don't have to worry about missing a phrase and then having to rewind to hear it again.

I'm a visual learner, and thought I would often have to use the printed out lessons for reinforcement, but the audio tapes were definitely adequate. The printed out lessons did help to extend my vocabulary even more with lists of important words.

Equally important, throughout all the lessons, Mauricio continually encouraged me as the student to listen, speak, listen, speak! I didn't have to worry about sounding "loco".

I am truly enjoying Advanced Rocket Spanish and will use it when I go with my students on a mission trip to Nicaragua in Spring.

Really! I found this program called Rocket Spanish on the internet that actually makes learning a foreign language fun. Not only that but the program is inexpensive, easy to use and well it just makes learning enjoyable.

Learning a new language isn't easy, but the Rocket Spanish course really makes learning interesting and it also includes documents with cards and games to help speed up the learning process.

In addition the program won't cost a fortune in fact is very reasonably priced and very easy to install. You have a choice of buying a complete package and having it sent to you or you could simply download everything to your PC.

The mp3 files can even be download to your mp3 player and can be taken with you to listen to at your own convenience. So if you don't mind I'll like to get back to the course and find out how Mauricio managed to get into that Rock concert without buying tickets.

If you are interested in learning Spanish do yourself a favour and order the intro and advanced version of Rocket Spanish today. Even if you studied Spanish in school you going to find that your Spanish is going to improve quickly with Rocket Spanish.

I use to work for many years in a healthcare related industry. I came in contact with many Spanish-speaking patients and coworkers. I wanted to learn to speak Spanish to communicate with them.

I was exposed to several teaching aids, but I found them deficient. Rocket Spanish is the best tutorial to learn the language, since it uses conversational Spanish as applied to daily living. It is particularly helpful when one is travelling. The presentation is not boring at all; on the contrary I found this course a lot of fun; it made me look forward to the next lesson.

Amy has a beautiful voice; Mauricio and company made the whole course a pleasant and stimulating experience, since listening to them made me feel like I am learning from native Latinos.

I purchased Rocket Spanish two months before I participated in a Spanish Immersion Program in Argentina. The last time I spoke Spanish was in high school back in the 1960's! My friends thought I was quite brave to enter the program at my age; live with a family and attend a school where only Spanish was spoken. Thanks to Rocket Spanish I did it!

Rocket Spanish prepared me so well that I was placed in an advanced beginner's class with students who had been speaking Spanish 1-2 years and I was able to communicate with my family immediately! Rocket Spanish is everything and more it is advertised to be. It helped me especially with pronunciations, learning and retaining vocabulary enabling me to create my own sentences based on the dialogue between Amy and Mauricio on the CDs. I highly recommend that you follow the suggestions offered to maximize your learning. They're right!

The pronunciation of the Y and LL are very different in Argentina from how they are pronounced in Mexico. This program includes BOTH pronunciations without you even realizing it. That was an added bonus that I didn't even know I needed. Not only does it teach you Spanish through conversation as it's spoken in Spanish-speaking countries, it also teaches you how to understand what someone is saying when you don't know the meaning of all the words they use.

I have tried other programs and hands down Rocket Spanish is the best! After two months of listening to each lesson 2-4 times and taking advantage of the supplements provided, I was able to communicate immediately in Argentina and achieve the goals I set out to do. Thank you Mauricio!

My name is Scott and I'm about half way through the Rocket Spanish language course. This is my first attempt ever to learn a living language. And it seems to be working out really well for me.

The main reason I recommend Rocket Spanish is the absolute convenience of being able to learn Spanish at any time and any place of my own choosing.

Hello Rocket Spanish. My name is Stephanie Miller and I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how much I've been enjoying the program.

I've been using Rocket Spanish lessons for little over a month now and I'm really impressed by them. Not only does the style of teaching makes sense, but it's easy to follow and its actually pretty fun.

I've always wanted to learn Spanish; actually for a few years now I've been working on it. I've purchased and rented various programs to get started. I've spent hours and hours searching for online Spanish tutorials. I've even found some free websites that had some free videos and lessons to watch and some games to play, but they can only take you so far, and without the context and hearing it in the conversation it's hard to grasp. You know, someone can tell you something is the way it is over and over but until you actually apply the rule in practice you won't really get it, and that's what's so great about Rocket Spanish.

It's full of practical applications and ways to practice conversational Spanish. And in addition to that, it's convenient to use, portable, accessible from any PC. I can listen to it in my car, login and listen at work, or at home.

I would most definitely recommend the Rocket Languages to anybody just for the convenience, accessibility and the plain fun that it provides in learning a new language. Within the first few weeks I was thrilled about what I had already grasped. I'm confident that it will provide the same effect for others.

Hi, I'm Daniel Garcia.

No, I did not speak Spanish as my first language, or as a matter of fact at all.

I've used *competitor* and tried out *competitor*, and many others. But I've gotten more from my 5 visits to Mexico than listening to them all, all of the time. But since using Rocket Spanish I have improved in my recognition of words and phrases. Even my sister who is with me driving in the truck started to learn some new words. Then when I showed my brother whose wife is from Cuba he said it sounded great.

So when I go on my next South American venture I'll be much better prepared thanks to Rocket Spanish.

And so far the Customer Support has been exceptional! After I bought the program, they sent me an email helping me to use all the tools provided. It has been really nice to find this, I can say enough good about them.

If you want to learn Spanish, this is your best choice. I did research on the internet to check on *competitor* and found this program.

I had come to a point where I really wanted to learn the language but had hesitated because of the cost. I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent program which cost way less than the other touted programs. My reason for not studying Spanish had vanished.

I took four years of Spanish in High School forty years ago, but being unable to use it at the time I remembered very little of it. The course and all of its resources is bringing it back to me in a wonderful, easy and fun way. If you have taken Spanish in the past or have never learned it, you will be pleasantly surprised with the way in which it is presented.

I was a bit skeptical, but really wanted to gain the knowledge as I will be traveling in Mexico this Fall for two months, and perhaps retire there.

I have a full-time gardening business and have very little spare time. This program allows me to study at my own pace and when I have the time. I can study bit by bit at any time of the day or night instead of all at once. It really works in my busy life. I now feel very confident that I will be able to communicate with at least a minimal amount of conversation and knowledge of the language. I have only started the course, but there is so much more to learn and now I have the resources to do it.

I'm already starting to talk with others where I live that know Spanish and they're helping to teach me. It is only because I'm taking this course that I am able to understand and communicate with them.

The oral portion is very important to me because I will be able to speak so others will be able to understand me. In addition to practicing on the computer, I am also putting the lessons on my portable MP3 player so I can listen to it throughout the day and evening to practice and expose myself to it more.

When I talk to friends about the course, they are intrigued and say they have wanted to learn also, but are afraid they wouldn't be able to do it or don't have the time. Hi, my name is Andy Wood.

I've just finished the Rocket Spanish Level II course and have found it so useful and have enjoyed it so much that I'd like to tell you why.
My problem with Spanish is that, although I feel I can express myself well, I have a lot of trouble understanding what a Spanish speaking person is saying to me. And for that reason, I am almost frightened to say something fluently in Spanish because almost certainly the person to whom I am speaking will then reply too fast for me to understand, and this is a big embarrassment.

Rocket Spanish has helped me a lot with this because the team Mauricio, Amy and special guest Carmen deal with this matter of understanding in a way that brings the student along at a speed that he can cope with. Not so fast that the student gives up, but not so slowly as to be too easy.

I'm interested in South American Spanish. My son's girlfriend and her family are from Colombia and the use in the course of colloquial expressions is a good point, and I record them all.

And last, but by no means least, listening to the course is actually good fun. The student almost gets to know the three team members and the dialogues are frequently quite a laugh. So, having now finished the course, I feel like I would like to find out more about Mauricio, Amy and Carmen. Bye bye

Rocket Spanish has excellent written materials that are very diverse and easy to use. They take into account all styles of learning and make conversational Spanish fun.

I took Spanish years ago in High School and College but have rarely used it during the last 20 or more years. During a recent trip to Costa Rica however I was very self conscious about how awkward I was in Spanish and how self conscious I was using it. I decided that I had to be comfortable speaking Spanish and communicating in it.

Hi, my name is Jim Rigdon.

I'm calling to say I went on a mission trip to Mexico with a group from my Church. We built two dwellings for some local people that lived there, two young couples.

I enjoyed the trip and the work, but the language barrier made it a little awkward. I thought about how nice it would be if I could talk to the people we were helping, even if it was only on a basic conversational level.

After researching different Spanish language courses it seemed that Rocket Spanish was highly recommended. So I bought Rocket Spanish and began listening to it on my hour long drive to school. I listen to my MP3 player whenever I can. After only 5 weeks, I am amazed at how much I have retained. A gentleman I work with spent most of his childhood in Mexico until his family moved to the U.S. He told me I am doing well, and encourages me to continue.

I was surprised at the variety of learning methods available from Rocket Spanish. Due to time limitations, I primarily listen to the audio conversation course, and the 10 bonus lessons. However, I view the printed material, especially the Beginners Grammar book, every chance I get. Tons of information in there. The Flashcards look like fun, although I have not yet had a chance to print them and cut them out. The computer game MegaSpanish is fun, and even my kids enjoy playing it.

I hope to return to Juárez Mexico next February and be able to converse with the local people and our Mexican co-workers who help us build.

I am planning to retire to Mexico or Costa Rico within the next year.

I studied Spanish in High School and lived in Europe for 6 years and visited Spain frequently. I exercised my Spanish over the years but was never fluent and there were long periods of time between uses. Now that I am planning to live permanently in a Spanish speaking country it is time for me to get serious about becoming fluent in Spanish.

I have been studying the Rocket Spanish course now for about 3 weeks and have been very excited and pleased with my progress. The lessons are easy to understand and supporting materials are very good for expanding depth of understanding.

I would highly recommend the Rocket Spanish courses to all students at the beginners or those with some Spanish experience. I think you will find you will be picking up Spanish naturally and will be able to travel and use your new knowledge easily and comfortably.

Hi my name is Leslie Doucette my husband and I travel twice a year to Mexico for winter holidays.

I've always wanted to learn how to speak Spanish, but my job prevents me from attending classes.
