How do i get a refund?
The sign language course is way more basic than i thought it'd be. I purchased this course to help me go from intermediate to advanced level and its only a beginner level. Sorry but where do i go to get my refund?
I found this in the Terms and Usage
Liability
Under no circumstances will the LIBROS MEDIA LTD be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of www.rocketlanguages.com regardless of the form of action.
You seem to fall under part (D)
I'm no expert, so I'd phone the company to make sure.
