I have just had an opportunity to purchase Rocket ASL.
Is is supposed to start from test (game) not teaching how to sign alphabets?
Any tip for a beginner will be appreciated members.

I would recommend to go through the Learning Guide first to get an understanding of how Sign Language works.
You can play the games as many times as you wish, so they are a great tool of testing yourself and picking up new words and expressions as you go.
