bekum vs aleekum

In lesson 1.1 both words mean 'everyone'. How are they different?

Aleekum - upon you I think so coz salam aleekum meaning peace upon you But im not sure is it right answer :) i just study

Ahlan Linda, Sorry for the late reply. The "everyone" part of those two words is "kum". So "bekum" can be translated as "with you all" while "aleekum" is more of "upon you all". I hope that helps! - Amira
