Could someone please help me to translate the following sentence into pinyin? Thank you very much!
*"I was born in South Korea but was adopted to Sweden when I was a baby."*
It would be so helpfull, as no Chinese or Korean understands why I don't speak Korean.

Wǒ chūshēng zài Hánnguó, rànhòu wǒ niánqīng de shíhòu, Ruìdiǎn shì wǒde jiā.
In English...I born at/in South Korea, then when I was young Sweden became my home. That's my version ...hope it helps.
