Girl is pronounced 'nu haizi' , although there are not really any letters that show the real pronunciation. I would suggest listening carefully to the audio.

Hello,
The pronunciation of the ǚ is nǚháizi is quite difficult. The sound 'ü' is achieved by making the 'u' sound but moving the sound to the front of the mouth and tightening your lips.
As suggested by Yi H, listen closely to the audio and try to imitate.
