Yes.
I notice that you don't use standard pinyin when you type Chinese.
Based on how you chose to write "shu uey shusihao", I will guess you don't pronounce shi, zhi, chi correctly.

ni hao ma!
when I was listening to the audio pronunciation for It's 10 am or its 10 in the morning
for Shang wu shidian- I heard " shang wu "ch" dian in the audio lesson
I got a bit confused... i thought the pronunciation for shidian was " sh- dian" ??

This is a common problem when learning a language from audio programme, rather than face to face with a native speaker. So Amir S you are right . Try to verify pronunciations with a native speaker as much as possible. Thanks for raising up the question. I am sure many have met similar problems too.

My suggestion would be NOT TO insist on saying everything in PERFECTION to start with. If you are 70% accurate or even less, give yourself a pat on the back. BE VERY GENTLE WITH YOURSELF PLEASE.
