Bonjour Phil, Que usually means that Quel is generally used for which (masculine) - quelle is for feminine nouns Example - "Quel homme?" (Which man?) "L'homme que j'ai vu hier" (the man that I saw yesterday) I hope that is useful. A bientot Marie-Claire

Bonjour elias! Any practice that involves the use of your target language, is good practice. Everything helps and books especially help you to understand the structure of sentences in French, which in turn helps you to create your own sentences much quicker and easier. J'espère que cela vous aide - I hope this helps! - Marie-Claire
