Can anyone give examples of how to use the german word "doch"

"Doch" is used in different ways. When you are saying "Let's all" do something, doch is thrown in to make it sound more friendly. "Machen wir doch einen Spaziergang," Let's go for a walk. "Bestellen wir doch eine Flasche weiss wein." Let's order a bottle of white wine.
Also, "doch" is used to contradict something. "Sie haben kein Geld." "Doch! I habe viel geld."
