Pronunciation question

In lesson 1.3 we learned two verbs: SAPERE and CONOSCEREI noticed that the accented syllable in sapere is saPEre and in conoscere it is coNOscere.Is there a rule about which syllable is accented in Italian words?Thank you!

not enough time to repeat in conversation Level 2. More time in level 1

When repeating sentences in Level 1 dialouge there was plenty of time. You don't have enough time to repeat in level 2 no matter how fast you speak.
