Hi Carlos さん、 I'm sorry but I don't seem to understand your question. Could you please elaborate or give me examples where you have heard it being used? Usually "~~~"+"tte" is used for hearsay when you are repeating information or something someone has said. E.g. 田中さんは今日おやすみだって = I heard that it's Mr. Tanaka's day off today. You can use this form by adding "って" to the end of the ですsentence or directly after the verb-dictionary form. E.g.彼女がパーティーに 来るって　or right after "い" and "な" adjectives. E.g. 忙しいって As for the "shi" form: are you referring to times when "shi" is used to give reasons/explanations? E.g. 今週はさんぽしないことに決めた。だって、寒いし、調子悪いから = I've decided not to go for walks this week. It's cold and I also don't feel well. Hope this answered your question!
