Am I missing something? There is no place to see the characters first with the pronouncation written and spoken. I only get it after the fact when I click on all the choices until I get it correct. Not to comfortable for learning.... Am I missing something in my system...Thanks

I don't think you are missing anything, it's just the way it is set up. However if you read through second letter (lesson) you'll find the most (not all) characters explained, which helped me a lot.
