... It'd be a great challenge for your those Japanese skills your learning if you did it yourself... Use a dictionary if you have to, just give it a shot!
Glue Instructions
First spread the glue over cardboard that won't be affected by the glue, we'll be putting your puzzle on top of this cardboard. Put the puzzle on top of the glue bit by bit, making sure all corners are properly set and apply until it is nice and smooth. When it is dry, you can polish it to make it an even more wonderful decorative piece.
This is a quick 5-minute not paying too much attention to detail translation...
