Hi Hajra-san, "~san" - is a respectful title typically added to someone's surname (though it can be used with first names as well). It is the equivalent of Mr.Mrs.Ms in English. "~sama" is a very honorific/respectful title - used only in formal situations, and in letters. Almost like saying "honorable Mr. X" "~kun" is a casual/affectionate add-on, used on male name's who are younger than you, or same age. It is never used to address superiors and rarely used among women. "~chan" is used with children's names to show affection. It is also used after kinship terms such as "Ojichan" (Uncle) or "Obaachan" (Grandma). "sensei" means "teacher" and is used to address "professors/teachers" as well as "doctors". Actually, "Sensei" is used for anyone who has more experience and knowledge in a particular field than the person addressing. Yes, but by removing the honorific "o" you make it...well...less honorific :). Same goes for oniisan -> niisan (or niichan (how some say)). A more informal way to say niisan is: aniki, again, a very used one too.
