What is everyones opinion on the way to use the book and the audio am i supposed to read the book first then audio i am quite confused thanx in advance

I think it's really up to how you learn best. You can read along while you listen to just get familiar with the topic. I would not use the book all the time though because it would take away from your listening skills. It can become a crutch.
