The directions say to click and crop your picture but nothing happens when I upload a picture and click on it

I tried it again and I still can't get it to work. When I upload a pic and click to crop it, nothing happens. I am used to seeing a cropping tool so I can draw a box around the area I want to select. Perhaps this works differently? Please advise.

I had the same problem, it seems Rocket wont let you upload a photo of only 250k
