I was just wondering how many sections one should do at a time if they are Beginners? Should I just do one lesson a day or more?

I would say it's up to you. If you are really motivated and the lessons are really clicking for you, then move ahead faster. If you are struggling a bit or just having a hard time remembering what you learned, go a little slower. Personally, I am aiming for one lesson a day so that I can practice what I am learning and give the info time to sink in.
