having a couple of problems with the audio. 1) audio starts off ok then stalls 2) can't seem to download audio..

Island Girl,
1) Likely your internet connection. Are you doing other things online at the same time? Try just letting the audio load while doing something around the house.
2) Tell me what you are currently doing to try downloading and then I can give a better answer.
