I'm in Rocket Spanish platinum. The vocabulary function has stopped working -- it no longer reacts to the "save" button. I have to put all my definitions in the Notes tab instead. My computer or has something changed?

I was having the same problem with Rocket German last night, but it seems to be working fine now.

I'm working with Rocket German. I haven't had that problem. However, when I go to print my MyVocab list, the following happens: (1) it doesn't show up in a "print view" as suggested by the button and (2) the first page of the vocabulary list is blank (thre first 36 entries) - the rest of the pages print just fine. Does anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for your question. Yes, you should be able to print the My Vocab list. Unfortunately it doesn't include a print icon, however if you right click on the page and select print, you should be able to print a copy this way.
If you are referring to the Extra Vocab included in the Interactive Audio practice tabs, these can also be printed by clicking on the PDF icon on each Interactive Audio page.

The French My Vocab hasn't been working for a few days. The abc icon doesn't appear like it used to. When I click on words I've already saved, I see it has a new format in that you can undefine a word. That didn't used to be there. I'm wondering if the MyVocab is being redesigned & will be down for a few days?

I'm taking RF French too (Platinum) and the My Vocab and keyboard doesn't work for me either. Oddly enough, the keyboard does appear at the bottom of this forum section.

The Italian My Vocab has not worked for days either. I use google chrome, would that be the problem?

I'm having a problem with the vocabulary function in that nothing happens when I click the "Save" button for a word that I've selected. When I go into My Vocab the word isn't there. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I have the same problem. The word isn't there in the vocabulary and the selected word also isn't highlighted in the text. I'm using Chrome.

Vocabulary doesn't work in Rocket Chinese either. I can highlight a word and save its meaning, but the new vocabulary I add doesn't show up in sentences (ie bolded and underlined). Old vocabulary shows up fine.

The Phrase Finder does not work. It says no results found after you type in the first letter. As My Vocab is not working either it could be the My Toolbox function has a problem?

Hi Grahame - That's odd, as Phrase Finder is working at this end. Have you tried hard refreshing (ctrl + F5)?

With regards My Vocab, that is now working! It should be storing words/phrases in the Toolbox area as it is meant to!
