I have the adobe learning companion pdf and I"m trying to play the audio for the sounds of the letters but there is no sound. If I put my mouse over it then it will tell me to click on it to hear an example but it doesn't work.
Can you help with this? is there some software that i didn't download somewhere?

I apologize for the inconvenience.
I would recommend to upgrade your current version of Adobe Reader, which you can do for free. Then when you open the PDF and click on the audio, a box might pop up that asks you to confirm whether you want to play the multimedia content. You should select "Play the multimedia content and add this document to my list of trusted documents".
