Hi, I've just got the RF Prem. on-line package three days ago. Here are the annoying problems I found up to now that need fixing ASAP: 1. The "Notes" tab does not remember the info typed in... Here is how to reproduce it: select a lesson (i.e. lesson 1), select Notes tab, type some info, go to another lesson, and go back to the Notes tab of the previous lesson (i.e. lesson 1). Result: the info is gone!!! It should be remembered, other wise the Notes tab is redundant. 2. The "Score" is not remembered...here is how to reproduce it: select a lesson (i.e. lesson 1), select Quiz tab, finish the quiz and then Submit, go to the RF Learning Lounge. Result: the Date is still Never (even the module was completed), the Quiz Score still shows nothing (I expected to see my score there), the Complete button still shows that this module was not completed (X) (I expected to see a check mark V). More than that: I've changed manually the status of the Complete button to a check mark (V) but if you go to another module and then come back to the completed module (the one I have completed and mark it manually as completed) it shows (X), that means this: I have not completed this module, which is false. Note: I think these features (Notes, Quiz Score, and Module Complete) are very, very important for a RF user they should be fixed ASAP... otherwise these features cannot be used ... and may return the product. Thanks for your response. I have completed all lessons/chapters up to and including 3.1 but only some of my lessons show as completed and the quiz score is also missing from some of the completed chapters/lessons. Also, the text I type in under the Notes Tab is not remembered... I usually put a comment like "Completed on January 6, 2010" and press Submit button. The feed back I receive is "Your Notes have been Saved" which is Ok but when I go back next time to see my notes there is nothing saved.... Please help! Thank you, eze2learn

Hello, I have the same problem. Just downloaded the course yesterday and the system does not record anything that has been completed (lesson, date, score...). Is there a solution for this? it is very annoying having this basic problem the very first day. Please let me know if problem does not have an inmidiate solution. Thanks, Jose

Hello again, It seems that the issue has actually to do with the refreshment of the page. The thing is that as I have read though the forum, this happens to some of us only so may be the tech team can tell us which setting we should modify in our computers to avoid this issue? By the way, and to avoid surprises with this in the future, is the log kept in your system or in our computers? if in these latter, cleaning cache or cookies or something can make every record vanish? (I am not a technician but...) Thanks, Jose
