My suggestion is that you check the forum more often. I made a topic yesterday morning and have had no reply. I think all topics should be seen within 24 hours; it's not as though the forum is busy. I say this mostly because this community is put forward as a selling point.

Yes, we will try to answer all posts as soon as we can.
It seems that a lot of Rocket French members use the feedback form within the Learning Lounge more than the forum for asking questions and sharing ideas, which is a shame because it's not public.
A lot of the questions I get asked would be relevant for all learners.
We will try to encourage it more.
