Downloading Lessons
I need a little help! I can't seem to find the button to download the lessons. I am going to travel soon so I probably won't be able to get access to the internet for quite a while.
Bonjour!
In order to download the audio lessons, first open the lesson you wish to download. Then you will need to right click on the individual download links (where it says 'Download the FULL audio') and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As".
If you'd like to download all the audio lessons in one go, you will need to first open a lesson. Underneath the 'Download the FULL audio' link, you will see "Click here to Download ALL Audio Tracks." The page that comes up from here has all the audio lessons you can download individually.
If you have any trouble, please email our support team at support@rocketlanguages.com.

I already tried your comments above but like Amal's problem above, I cannot find the download link button when I open my lessons, I just want my money refunded if I cannot use your programs. Your customer service is not quite working for me, I am starting to feel this buyers remorse.
Good advice which truly I personally appreciated. I am working in corresponding with Universities all over the world to get admission acceptance for Saudi Students. Most of of French Universities are not in English, so really I am in need to learn this language.

Reading the above comments is not reassuring...I am already frustrated after buying this product this morning...I have a mac and generally we don't talk of "right click" on macs. Your directions are not helping. Sorry.
I just wanted to say that I love this course. I have had no trouble downloading, just came on site here to remind myself how to do it. I love the way the course is set up and think you have done a great job with it.

Thank you for your comments...I couldn't have found my way back here without them...I figured out how to download the audio files and have really enjoyed them. I had grown discouraged and frustrated and was critical without giving it enough time...tnx.

How do I download the audio file to my Mac? I have not been able to do it.

For the printable lessons. To the right of the lesson title ( e.g. 1.5 Booking a Room ) there are four buttons, one of those buttons has a picture of a printer which you can select and then print your lesson.
