The newsletters are automatically e-mailed to me each week so I don't know why you don't get them.

Hi there, you should receive them via your email address, remember to keep track of them.
It will take about 4 days or so to receive the first newsletter from the day of purchased the rocket french.
I hope this helps a bit

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received any newsletters.
Have you checked your spam folder? Perhaps they ended up in there?
Could you please contact our support team at support @ rocketlanguages.com? That way they can check your account details without you having to post your private details on the forum.
