In lesson plan 5 in the extra audio section it says that everyday is touts les jours. I thought it would be tous les jours - or are both correct?

I know tout, toute, tous and toutes, but haven't heard touts yet

Bon Jour,
I submitted a post in the wrong section under miscellaneous about this lesson #5. regarding D'autres and Encore. Can someone please explain why in the Translation Time sentences A17 and A18 d'autres is used and not Encore when the responses translate as more and not other?
