I listen to the following regularly on my computer: http://213.200.64.229/freestream/download/radionora/frameset.html You can also get there through links are http://www.radionora.de This is a neat radio station - most of the music is in English - all of the "oldies but goodies" that I grew up with (and I'm a Baby Boomer), but the DJ's and news reporters all speak in German. The challenge, of course, is trying to understand it. I'm at the stage where I can identify what time it is (because they announce the time at the beginning of the news report), and what the temperature is, and that they're doing a traffic report about the Autobahn. Not much else, yet! Enjoy! Judy

Thank you Judy-this is a great tip for everyone! The more you are exposed to German the easier it will be to get a feel for it. Even though you might think that you don't understand much you will still learn lots. To start with ou will get used to the pronunciation and the melody of the sentences, you will pick up common sayings and suddendly you will understand what it's all about. Thanks Nathalie
