I had originally posted a question here regarding that phrase and whether is used anywhere. If you want to answer that, maybe it's useful to discuss.

- Phrase: Ihr Hotel läuft gut.
= Her hotel is going well.

- Phrase: Ihr Hotel ist nah am Strand. = Their hotel is close to the beach.
I find it hard to know the meaning of Ihr in this type of phrase. The lesson states, "In German the words and forms for her, their and the polite form of your are all the same. The only difference is that the polite form of your is spelled with a capital letter."
