I have just found a wonderful source of information:www.canoo.net
After putting in any German noun or verb in the space next to suchen it will take you to a page where you can change the language to English by clicking on the word English. If you do a word search in All it will give you the spelling, inflection, word formation, morphology, synonyms and meaning of any noun, verb, adjective etc.! All this plus examples! Simply terrific!
