Hi, I've been practicing how to say the word "green" in German but I just can't seem to be able to say it correctly. It sounds like something between an "oo" and an "ee". How do I pronounce it? Also, the "r" in the following words is giving me a bit of trouble as I'm not sure if it's rolled or the sound is ommitted or changed into an "h". - Rot - Brot - Gross Thanks, Omar

The problem is that I've not been able to play the audio so that I get to know the peonounciation and so I thought of asking for the written pronounciation

I don't think that will work very well for you. You really have to get the audio working or listen to someone who can speak German. Sorry, but I don't think you will ever be able to speak well without hearing it and practicing it many times.
