तुमको नाचना चाहिये ? is also correct. नृत्य करना and नाचना have same meaning.
The small difference between आपको and तुमको is of mutual respect to each other. आपको is for elder(s)/more respectable and तुमको is for younger(s) /same age group.

Thank you for your explanation. Now I understand the difference. It is very similar to Italian, French and Spanish. Those languages have this distinction as well.
