Can't install MegaItalian Games because it doesn't download completly. When I try to download, it stops before completing the total 25.8 MB, but it still says that the download is complete. I get the window asking if I want to "Run", and when I click yes, I get: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the problem".
Is there a problem with the Site?
I sent message to support, but have not solved the problem. I remember having problems with other areas of this site before, and nobody answered when I asked questions. But later on the problems just cleared out. So, if there is a problem with the site, would you please let me know, so I don't have to spend so much time trying to figure out why I can't download this?. Right now I'm going on 2 days trying to solve this issue.
Has anybody else out there had the same problem? How did you fix it?

Thank you for your post. I apologize for the trouble you have had with your downloads. This can occur when the file is cut off during the download process. Certain ISP users may experience this issue, as the connections may prevent downloading a large file.
Compare the size of the downloaded file to the size that it should be for a full download (the file sizes are written next to the download links). If the size of the file that was downloaded is less than the size listed, then the entire file has not been downloaded.
Anti-virus software, pop-up blockers, and firewalls can also prevent a file from being fully downloaded.
To resolve this issue, close all other open applications and re-download the file using an Internet browser.
If this doesn't resolve the issue then please let me know.

Thanks Maria, I have tried every thing. I don't know what is the problem. The thing is that, as you say, the file is not downloading completely. It goes for certain time, and it stops before it downloads the full 25.8 MB, but it still says that the download is complete.

I tried downloading with my AV disabled.
I tried downloading in Safe Mode.
I tried downloading to my WD My Passport external HD.
I made sure there werent any programs open while downloading.
I cleaned temp files before trying to download again.
I wanted to know if there was a known problem with the site, and if there was a known solution for it. I was looking forward to the MegaItalian Games. I contacted Rocket Italian Support, but they are giving me the same answers. Nobody seems to know what the problem is. But the technician I consulted, said there is nothing in my computer preventing the download. His suggestion is that the problem is in the software provider side.
