In this lesson, there is a sentence as below. Can you explain to me why the verb needs to be "conjuntivo imperfetto" in stead of "conditional present"?
Se andassimo a sceglierlo ora?

I have a question on the same lesson. Why does Maria say, "Mi piacerebbe andare al cinema . . ." instead of "Io piacerei . . "? I thought the ebbe ending was used of he/she/it/You formal not for I.
