I don't understand the swap it part in lesson 3.10
could anyone please help me out with that part.

In the exercise "swap it" in lesson 3.10 you have to swap the complement object with a pronoun.
It's probably more understandable if I give you an example :
Io mangio la mela
I eat the apple
Io la mangio
I eat it
I'm sure you are ready to continue with your Italian course now.
